This Foudre-aged sour spends several years aging on a blend of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria.  They also inoculate each batch with a portion of the previous batch, ensuring that each release will be unique.

Thursday, September 29th – Now that Fall is officially here, it’s time to taste some pumpkin beer!  Join us as we taste some of our favorites of the season, including a few that might be a little unexpected.  Stop by and see what the pumpkin craze is all about, and start your preparations for the cooler weather.
