Thanks to everyone who joined us for our Oktoberfest tasting this past Thursday!  We really enjoyed getting into the season with everyone and finding some new favorites.  Erdinger had a strong showing with their insanely popular Oktoberfest, but the US wasn’t too far behind thanks to Left Hand’s efforts.

Join us this upcoming Thursday, September 11th, from 5-7 PM for a tasting featuring an assortment of fall seasonals.  Several breweries opt to release something other than your typical pumpkin or Oktoberfest and we thought now would be a great time to explore those.  We’ll have everything from a pale ale all the way to a farmhouse ale.

This week brought us several new arrivals from regional favorites Terrapin Beer Company!  If you missed out on last year’s Liquid Bliss Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter then you’re in for a treat because they’ve made it a year round release.  It features a strong peanut butter nose and finishes with a nice, smooth chocolate flavor.  We also received a small number of bottles of their new Imperial Pumpkin Pie Porter for our pumpkin fans!

We’re excited to be able to help fill your beer needs now and in the future.  If you’ve got any beer suggestions or ideas, or any feedback, we would love to hear it!  Keep an eye out for more emails in the future with updates about events, new beers, new kegs, and more!  If you’d like daily updates and information about kegs as they’re tapped, make sure to like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter.

Thanks again,

Carl & Vance
