Thanks to everyone who joined us for our Goose Island vintage series tasting!  All four labels that we’re currently able to get were popular and each had their fans.  If you’re looking for some great Belgian-style ales, these are ones you’ll want to get your hands on.

Join us this upcoming Wednesday, October 30th, from 5-7 PM as we get into the holiday spirit with our free weekly tasting.  We’ll feature a selection that covers a very wide range of styles, including a mead, with names that evoke Halloween.  After this upcoming tasting, we’re going to move our tastings forward to Thursday evenings.

This week brought us the most new arrivals we’ve had in a long time.  We brought in a little something for everyone this week.  If you’re looking to get a growler filled for your weekend, we’ve got several great new selections on tap.  Green Flash’s Green Bullet is a triple IPA clocking in at 10% ABV while still staying well balanced.  This was originally brewed as their 9th anniversary brew and was so popular that they had to bring it back.  We’ve also tapped up a keg of Lagunitas Fusion 17, a hopped up brown ale.  Lagunitas has taken the usual brown ale style with a solid malt backbone and given it a nice hop presence.

We’re excited to be able to help fill your beer needs now and in the future.  If you’ve got any beer suggestions or ideas, or any feedback, we would love to hear it!  Keep an eye out for more emails in the future with updates about events, new beers, new kegs, and more!  If you’d like daily updates and information about kegs as they’re tapped, make sure to like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter.

Thanks again,

Carl & Vance
