Thanks to everyone that joined us this Friday for our second beer and cheese pairing!  Ayinger Ur-weisse paired with Appalachian Meadow Creek was the hands down favorite of the entire evening.  If you’d like more information on the pairings we used, we’ve got a few handouts remaining that list the pairings and a short description about how the two work together.

Join us this upcoming Wednesday, October 16th, from 5-7 PM as we celebrate the return of Smuttynose.  After being unavailable for a brief period, we’ve finally received more from this great brewery and thought this would be the perfect chance to share them with everyone.  Their Finestkind IPA has received a lot of compliments from our customers already and the rest of their brews are equally delicious.

This week brought us several fantastic new arrivals as well as a few returning labels.  Stone’s newest Enjoy By IPA arrived this Friday and is almost gone already.  If you’re interested in getting your hands on a bottle, you’ll want to get here soon because it probably won’t last through the weekend.  If you’re looking for another great pumpkin brew to try, come grab a Southern Tier Warlock – an imperial stout with pumpkin.  Smuttynose used to be a regular on our shelves but took a short hiatus due to a few distribution problems.  Those problems have been sorted out and you can now find a few of their labels on our shelves, including the popular Finestkind IPA.

We’re excited to be able to help fill your beer needs now and in the future.  If you’ve got any beer suggestions or ideas, or any feedback, we would love to hear it!  Keep an eye out for more emails in the future with updates about events, new beers, new kegs, and more!  If you’d like daily updates and information about kegs as they’re tapped, make sure to like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter.

Thanks again,

Carl & Vance
