Thanks to everyone who came out for our Highland tasting!  We had a blast, and enjoyed sharing some interesting beer from them with you.  The whiskey barrel aged Oatmeal Porter seemed to be a hit, or at least something people were glad they tried.  We’ll keep trying to have a brewery-centric tasting on a Friday once or twice per month.

Our next tasting will be this upcoming Wednesday, 2/13, and we’ll be trying out our new Randall.  For those of you who don’t know what a Randall is, it’s an “infuser” made by Dogfish Head.  You can use it to run beer through hops, coffee beans, and so forth.  This will infuse flavor from whatever you’re using into the beer for an extra kick.  We’ve been throwing around a few ideas with some of you on Facebook, and we’ll be giving one of those a shot.  This will be a learning experience in using the Randall, and we hope you’ll join us from 5-7PM.

We’re excited to be able to help fill your beer needs now and in the future.  If you’ve got any beer suggestions or ideas, or any feedback, we would love to hear it!  Keep an eye out for more emails in the future with updates about events, new beers, new kegs, and more!
