Weekly Email 13 Jul

Welcome to Crafted’s first email newsletter!

First, we’d like to thank everyone for all of the support during our first week!  The turnout has been great, and we really appreciate seeing everyone.

Over the course of the week, we’ve been asking people what their favorites are and have been trying to get in a few of the beers that have been mentioned.

Some of our new beers this week were:

Brooklyn East IPA
Caldera Amber Ale
Dogfish Head Positive Contact (only 1, specially boxed)
Great Divide Wolfgang Dopplebock
Mendocino White Hawk IPA
Oskar Blues Dale’s Pale Ale
Sam Adams Nobel Pils
Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA
Victory Golden Monkey
Westbrook IPA
Williamsburg Alewerks Chesapeake Pale Ale

Saturday, July 14th will be our first day filling growlers.  We’re starting with a total of five taps and kegs, and hope to grow to the point where we can run up to 15.  Our first set of kegs is:

RJ Rockers Son of a Peach
New South Nut Brown Ale
Terrapin Easy Rider
Thomas Creek Chocolate Orange IPA
Westbrook IPA

We also have one special item in stock.  This “house party in a box” comes from Dogfish Head and is called POSITIVE CONTACT.  It’s “an ale brewed with apple cider and spiced. A positive combination of Fuji cider, slow-roasted farro, a bit of cayenne and fresh cilantro.”  This beer is a collaboration with Deltron 3030.  It comes with a four track 10-inch vinyl with remixes of Deltron songs, and a cookbook with recipes inspired by their upcoming album.  Since availability is limited, we only have ONE package available.  You can find more information at http://www.dogfish.com/brews-spirits/the-brews/occasional-rarities/positive-contact.htm

We’re excited to be able to help fill your beer needs now and in the future.  If you’ve got any feedback, we would love to hear it!  Keep an eye out for more emails in the future with updates about events, new beers, new kegs, and more!

Thanks again,

Carl & Vance
